Susan Watier joined Matheis Associates in November 1998. As Manager of Employee
Benefits, Susan maintains ongoing contact with all group insurance and specialty
insurance program providers. Susan’s responsibilities include all aspects of the
Matheis group benefits business in marketing, renewals, administrative and data
integrity, interim and retrospective reports. Susan acts as a liaison between
the client plan administrators and the program providers. She provides administrative
support and technical expertise in a partnering environment for a select group
of clients. While responsible for daily administration, case flow, member communications
and materials, Susan also conducts detailed market surveys and costing analysis
while responsible for sales of specialty coverage, individual health and dental
products.
With more than 34 years in the Group Insurance industry Susan brings a wealth
of knowledge and experience with an extensive background in sales and underwriting
support, client service relationship, contract issue and communications.
