In November 2006 Amanda joined the team as Client Service Associate. Amanda is responsible for answering telephone queries, directing callers to the appropriate team member, assisting visitors, and general office support and administration.

Amanda is a graduate of the Print Journalism Program at Durham College in Oshawa. Prior to joining the team, Amanda explored different subsets of the journalism industry including desktop publishing, photography and freelance editorial. She has more than 11 years experience in public sector customer service.

In her spare time Amanda enjoys gardening and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
