Matheis Associates Head Office is located in Pickering Ontario (since 1986) with a client base ranging from small businesses of less than 50 employees, up to medium size businesses employing 200 to 1,000+ employees, manufacturing based industries, communication, motion picture and television, service industries both represented and non represented environments, association plans (union) and multi-national, multi-location corporations located throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe and emerging Asia.

Our current experience with Union represented employers has ranged from groups as small as 100 employees to 1,000 employees and on the Human Resources side of our practice, as large as 17,000 employees. Most recently, we have begun assisting regional Health organizations in the area of employee Pension and Benefits by providing on-going pre-retirement symposiums.
 
In business for 23 years, Matheis Associates team is comprised of 7 professional staff and 7 technical support staff all located at the Head Office in Pickering. The Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources Team experience is over 100 person years in both private and public sector employers.
 
We are not just a Benefits and Pension consulting firm, but more as demonstrated by our concierge approach delivering counsel and technical skill providing a strategic advantage for employers in employee benefits, pension and compensation areas. Additionally, we are committed to adding value at all levels of contact including employee communication sessions, in one on one meeting, lunch and learns, orientation, exit interviews or specific assignments as required by our clients.
 
Our approach with clients is to understand the employer’s corporate philosophy towards benefits, pension, and compensation and to ensure this philosophy integrates with workplace demographics. Additionally, Matheis Associates provides continual guidance on streamlining and cost-efficiencies in delivery of services, changing conditions in the workplace, demographic analysis, industry trends and legislative changes.
