How do I make a withdrawal from NABET Group RRSP?
If this is your first withdrawal for the year and involves the plan member portion of your account, you can call Manulife Financial direct at 1-888-245-5558 and quote policy #57161002.
If this is your second withdrawal for the year and involves the plan member portion you must speak with the Matheis representative. Please call 905-837-2600 for instructions.
If you are considering a withdrawal from the plan sponsor portion you must call your Matheis representative. Plan sponsor withdrawals are restricted and are only allowed under strict circumstances.
I have not been receiving any statements or contribution receipts. What do I do?
Contact your Matheis Team Financial representative at 905-837-2600 to update your address. We will update it at Matheis Team Financial and at Manulife Financial. This will ensure that your financial statements and contribution receipts are directed to the right address.
